Official Secure Start Portal™

Your guide to a safe and successful journey. Follow the steps below to activate your security device.

Welcome Aboard: The Foundation

Congratulations on taking the most important step in digital asset security. This portal is designed to streamline your onboarding process, ensuring every critical action is performed correctly and securely. Your device is a fortress; this guide is the master key to setting it up. We prioritize security, clarity, and ease of use. Please read each section carefully and do not skip any steps, even if you are familiar with the concepts.

**Expansion Note:** This section is a great place to add 200-300 words detailing the philosophical shift in security that your product provides, emphasizing trust and control. You could discuss the zero-trust model and the importance of offline key generation.

The Three-Step Setup Guide

01

Initialize & Connect

Plug your device into your computer using the supplied USB-C cable. The device screen should light up. If prompted, select "Set up as new device." Download and install the latest version of our required management application from the official link only. Never download from third-party sites.

*(**Expansion:** Add 150-200 words on troubleshooting connection issues, specifying OS requirements, and explaining the initial boot screen.)*

02

Generate Recovery Phrase

This is the most critical step. Your device will display 24 words one-by-one. Write them down **manually** on the provided physical recovery sheet. **Do not photograph them. Do not type them onto any digital device.** Verify each word twice. This phrase is the only backup of your private keys.

*(**Expansion:** Add 300 words explaining the mathematical security of the 24-word phrase (BIP-39), where and how to store it physically, and a warning about scams involving asking for the phrase.)*

03

Set PIN and Confirmation

The device will prompt you to set a PIN (4 to 8 digits). This PIN protects your device from physical theft. Use the buttons to select a strong, memorable number. After setting the PIN, the device will ask you to confirm your 24-word recovery phrase by selecting specific words. This step confirms you wrote it down correctly.

*(**Expansion:** Add 200-250 words about best practices for PIN security, the consequences of forgetting the PIN vs. losing the phrase, and a summary of the next steps inside the application.)*

*(**Expansion:** Add 200-300 words here, perhaps a detailed paragraph for each of the following sections, explaining what each resource covers: "Technical Specifications," "Community Forums," and "Direct Support Channels." Elaborate on the common questions answered in the FAQ and how to submit a ticket.)*
